Kua Terms of Use

1. Accepting these terms
By using the Kua app, you accept these terms and Kuabo's terms, which they complement. If you don't agree, please don't use Kua.
2. What Kua is, and isn't
Kua is an artificial intelligence assistant. It gives general information, helps you get organized (reminders, memories, flights, places, transport) and relies on checked sources when it can.
Kua is not a lawyer, a doctor, a financial advisor or a government agency. Its answers are not legal, medical, tax or immigration advice. An AI can be wrong: rules, prices, schedules and addresses change. Always check with the official source before an important decision (visa, papers, health, money).
In an emergency, call your country's emergency number: Kua cannot act on your behalf.
Kua does not book, pay, send or sign anything for you. When it offers to do something (a reminder, a memory, a saved place), nothing happens without your "Yes".
3. Your account
You must be 13 or older (or the minimum age in your country), give a valid email address and keep your sign-in codes to yourself. Kua will never ask you for that code, by message or by phone. One person, one account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Kua for anything illegal, to deceive or harm anyone, to obtain dangerous content, or to get around the service's limits (bots, multiple accounts, intrusion attempts). We may limit or suspend an account that breaks these rules.
5. Your content
What you write and send to Kua stays yours. You allow us to process it only to make Kua work (see Kua's privacy policy). Don't send content you have no right to share.
6. Plans and limits
Kua has a free plan, with weekly limits (messages, searches, photos…). Paid plans may be offered; if you subscribe from your iPhone, payment, renewal and cancellation go through your Apple account and follow the App Store terms. Each plan's limits are shown in Me → My plan and may change; we will tell you about important changes.
7. Other companies' services
Kua may show you links to other services (Apple Maps, Google Maps, Uber, official websites, travel partners marked "sponsored"). They have their own terms; the prices shown on their side are the ones that count. Kuabo is not responsible for those services.
8. Liability
Kua is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Kuabo is not liable for indirect damages, or for decisions made based on Kua's answers (visa refusals, money losses, missed appointments). Our total liability does not exceed what you paid us over the last 12 months (or $100 if you use the free plan). Nothing in these terms limits the consumer rights you have under your country's law.
9. Stopping
You can delete your Kua account at any time in Me. We may suspend an account in case of fraud or abuse.
10. Changes and governing law
We may change these terms; if a change is important, Kua tells you in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of Maryland, USA, without affecting the protections you have as a consumer in the European Union.
